We had a fantastic stay! The hotel's location was perfect, as it was situated in the center of the city. We were able to easily explore the attractions and Christmas markets, thanks to its close proximity to three different tram lines. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, providing us with great suggestions and assistance throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a wide variety of options, making it a good start to our mornings.

The hotel is well located, close to the city center but still in a quiet area. The rooms are comfortable and cleaned daily, with a charming traditional German style, including a spacious retrostyle bathroom in the main house. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and multilingual, providing excellent service and attention to detail.
There was no mention of any negative aspects in the reviews; all seems to be satisfactory.
